Nihontoden is a new site for the purchase and sale of traditionally made Japanese edged weapons which may be associated with the historical times of The Samurai class. These and only these will be accepted for publication; The person offering the article will be solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the claims they make for the article.This site will not be responsible for statements by any contributor. It will be necessary for you to obtain site membership for which a charge will be made. Also there is a chat facility where like minded members may talk to each other to express opinion etc etc.

Any person intending to purchase or offer for sale any Nihonto MUST be aged 18 or over. Anyone wishing to use this site must register their personal details together with a user identity with The Moderator Office whereby they will be then issued with a personal code for their own use. It will be the users responsibility to keep this code secure as it may also be used to accept or refute any article they offer for sale. This code will personally identify you to the site moderator and also identify you when buying or selling. A monetary charge will be levelled to enter an auction,chat facilities are free. There is an ESCROW facility should you wish to avail yourself of this which carries a small admin charge.. You will be held responsible for anything you say on site,the management hereby is absolved of any responsibility,for your statements; Language used shall be moderate,containing no matter which could outrage public decency or offend laws civil and criminal, statute or common, principally those of the United Kingdom. In case of dispute The Moderator will act,if not proving acceptable the jurisdiction of The Courts of the United Kingdom will be the final arbiter.
